Inspection Sales Account Manager

Job Summary

Vipond Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inspection Sales Account Manager to join our Mississauga team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the fire and life safety industry who is passionate about building strong customer relationships, identifying service opportunities, and driving growth in Test, Inspection, and Maintenance contracts.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity, email inquiries, and service calls.
  • Conduct site surveys to identify customer needs and recommend fire and life safety solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals and follow up to secure new and ongoing business.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and sales activity in line with company and ISO requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify upgrade opportunities and support service growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in the Fire and Life Safety industry.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the GTA.
